2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them, together with our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy, before you order. Our products are sold to consumers for personal use.
3. Our products
Product images are for illustration, and the product you receive may differ slightly in appearance. Our products are wellbeing products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Read the instructions before use. If you have a medical condition, a pacemaker or another implanted device, poor circulation, diabetes or reduced feeling in your skin, or if you are pregnant, speak to your doctor before using the product. Do not use it on broken or irritated skin, while asleep, or on children.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Standard UK delivery is free, and express delivery costs £6.95. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider, Whop, whose buyer terms also apply to the payment. If we find an obvious error in a price, we will contact you before dispatching your order and you can cancel for a full refund.
Offers shown at checkout, such as a second unit at a discount, are only available while they are displayed.
5. Your order
Our contract with you starts when your payment is confirmed and you receive a receipt by email. If we cannot supply your order, for example because a product is out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, as set out in our shipping policy. The product is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and you also have our 30-day money-back guarantee. Both are explained in our refund policy.
8. Faulty products
If your product is faulty or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a repair, a replacement or a refund. Contact us and we will put it right.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
10. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of the place where you live.
