We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. To ask about it or use any of your rights, contact us.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, and delivery and billing addresses.
- Details of your orders: what you bought, the amount and the date.
- Messages you send us, for example about a return.
- Technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, recorded by our website host and payment provider to keep the site and payments secure.
Your card details are entered into fields provided by our payment provider, Whop. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order, and handle returns and refunds (to perform our contract with you).
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure (our legitimate interests).
- To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires (legal obligation).
- To send you news and offers, only if you ticked the box at checkout (your consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
- To measure how our adverts on Facebook and Instagram perform, only if you accept cookies (your consent). See Cookies below.
Who we share it with
- Whop, which processes payments and sends receipts. Whop’s own privacy policy covers the data it collects.
- The fulfilment partners and delivery companies that pack and deliver your order.
- The providers that host our website.
- Meta Platforms, to measure our adverts, only if you accept cookies. Meta receives the pages you visit, the actions you take (such as starting checkout or completing a purchase, with the order value) and, for a purchase, your email address, name, city and postcode in hashed (scrambled) form so it can match the order to an advert. Meta’s own privacy policy covers what it does with this data.
- Professional advisers and public authorities, where the law requires it.
We never sell your personal data.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and some of our partners operate outside the UK. When your data is processed outside the UK, we take steps to make sure it stays protected to the standard required by UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for six years, to meet tax and accounting rules. We keep marketing details until you unsubscribe, and messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request.
Cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. If you accept, we use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) to measure how our adverts perform. If you reject, we set no advertising cookies and the site works the same. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
We store your choice in your browser so we do not ask again. Our payment provider may use cookies that are strictly necessary to process payments securely and prevent fraud.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, contact us.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
