Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is free on every order. Express delivery is available at checkout for £6.95. Our prices and delivery charges include VAT, so there is nothing more to pay.

Delivery time

We deliver as soon as we can, and no later than 30 days after you place your order unless we agree otherwise with you. If we cannot deliver within that time, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it has not arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched.
